Virtually all websites similar to ours will list stock at their distributors, even if they pretend to be a superstore or warehouse.

There are many Australian Distributors of technology related goods that allow direct shipping to end customers from their warehouses. We receive datafeeds of stock information from these distributors and list this on our website. See "Information On Our Site"  for more details. 

 

Ordering

---

Once you select the products desired and we receive cleared payment, we pass the order to the relevent distributor/s. The distributor then processes, picks, and packs  the order against available stock and ships the order directly to you.  If items are out of stock, the distributor will back order the items and they will ship as soon as they arrive at the distributor if desired. Shipping

Due to the nature of the goods, secure traceable courier services are engaged  so that delivery can be ensured and problems  tracked down. We do not use Australia Post.  Savings can be made by shipping multiple items. Delivery is generally overnight to major east coast metro areas.

 

Warranty

We use Australian Distributors to source all products. All warranty is handled in Australia  directly by the manufacturer or the distributor.

 

Saving Money

We  are a high volume streamlined operation and pass the savings on to you.  We use the same distributors and offer the same consumer protection as a shopfront, but don't have the same  operating expenses such as warehousing, rent & insurance, administration, inventory costs,  or commissioned salespeople.
